Keeping on top of the financial position of your business is probably the single most important element in its success.  There are a whole variety of systems available on the market and, in many cases, the installation and configuration can be as big a consideration as the software itself.

Deciding which system to use can be a minefield of conflicting sales messages and advice.  We can use our experience and knowledge of what is available to help find the right system for you.  We currently favour two systems:

Xero

Marketed as 'the world's easiest accounting software', we have been very impressed with the ease of use of the system and the level of management information that can be extracted from it.   As an online-system, one of its main attributes is that it can be accessed from anywhere with a secure login.

Xero handles financial reporting, bill payments, bank reconciliations and a wide variety of other tasks with ease.

Dimensions

More suited to more complex requirements, Dimensions has powerful reporting and interrogation tools and can handle multi-currency transactions.
